What We Offer

Kids Yoga Classes

Our Kids Yoga classes use MindfulWorks Kids Yoga Curriculum©, which we developed based on years of experience teaching children Yoga and mindfulness in the classroom.

We bring our programming directly to your setting, whether it’s a public or private school, childcare center, after-school program, sports team, or community organization.

Teacher & Staff Wellness

As part of our holistic approach to well-being, we recognize that the health of a school or organization starts with the adults who support it. We offer on-site 10–15 minute chair massages for teachers and staff—an easy, effective way to reduce stress and promote wellness during the workday.

We’ll coordinate a licensed massage therapist, provide all necessary equipment (including the massage chair), and work with your schedule to make it seamless.

Pricing varies based on duration and number of staff served—contact us to create a plan that fits your needs.

  • Our Early Learners yoga classes support development, caregiver bonding, and sensory engagement through gentle, age-appropriate movement and mindfulness. • Toddlers are natural yogis! Our toddler yoga classes encourage their natural curiosity and movement through a balanced mix of one-on-one and group-guided yoga. These sessions introduce foundational breathing techniques and self-regulation tools to support emotional growth and focus.

Through yoga storytimes, songs, games, and gentle relaxation, toddlers develop body awareness, coordination, and calmness in a fun and nurturing environment. Perfect for preschools, childcare centers, and parent-child classrooms, these classes foster mindfulness and healthy habits from an early age.

    Ages: 2-3

  • Our Primary Yoga and mindfulness classes combine group-guided movement, breathing exercises, and imaginative activities to engage young learners in developing focus and emotional awareness. Students explore partner yoga, yoga storytimes, games, songs, and social-emotional learning activities that support mindfulness in everyday life.

At this stage, children begin to understand broader themes of mindfulness and yoga and learn practical tools to manage stress, improve concentration, and foster kindness—skills they can apply both in the classroom and beyond.

    Ages: 4-6

    Length: 25–30 minutes

  • Our school-aged yoga classes provide students with essential tools to begin their lifelong yoga and mindfulness journey. Using social-emotional learning (SEL) techniques and trauma-informed practices, our lessons incorporate interactive activities, songs, and stories to help students cultivate greater self-awareness, resilience, and emotional regulation.

These classes empower kids to navigate daily challenges with calmness and confidence, fostering mindful movement and thoughtful presence both inside and outside the classroom.
