Each class follows a consistent, predictable structure to create a sense of safety and belonging. Within that rhythm, we explore a monthly focus through repetition, storytelling, songs, games, and yoga poses—building skills in ways that are engaging and accessible.

Classes include:
Sensory warm-ups to settle and focus
Age-appropriate movement to build strength, balance, and coordination
Simple breathing practices for grounding and regulation
Stories, songs, games, and playful yoga experiences
A calming closing relaxation
Early Learner classes are caregiver-supported and center on bonding, sensory regulation, and early development. Preschool and school-aged classes nurture listening, self-awareness, kindness, confidence, and calm—skills children carry into their classrooms, homes, and communities.
